THIS VESSEL IS BEING SOLD IN AS IS CONDITON.
Twin Detroit Diesel 8V71 Naturals. Starboard motor rebuilt 2/2011 with new starboard exhaust system(cost $15k). 325 hrs since major on port motor. Under 1600 original hours. Allison M20 twin disc transmissions with 2-1 gear ratio Two staterooms with two separate heads. Master Stateroom aft with 2 queen berths and head with enclosed shower. Forward stateroom with 2 bunks and head with enclosed shower to port. Full galley forward to starboard. Spacious mid ship salon. Unique to this vessel is a spacious fiberglass and Lexan enclosed aft deck/bridge with hardwood floors and refrigerator. Convertible style flybridge with radar arch and bimini top accessed via cockpit ladder. Aft fishing deck with transom door, swim platform and ladder. Interior wood appears to be all original and in good condition.
Onan 15k generator runs well but there is no clock. Furuno 48 mile open array radar, Furuno FCV 661 Sounder, Other electronics at both the main bridge and fly bridge appear to operate but are dated. Two16000 BTU Cruise air systems appear to be newer. Yamaha 3 hp outboard motor, outriggers, spotlight, dinghy davit , shore power, icemaker, instant hot water system. New galley refrigerator. Hauled for bottom paint 2008. Hauled 9/8/2010 for new zincs, seacocks repaired and strainers rebuilt. Two new 8 D batteries installed 02/2011. All service records and manuals available. One of only 26 built between 1972 and 1975.
Known deficiencies:
Port side raw water system in need of servicing. Loose and abandoned wiring seen throughout the vessel. Clamps, hoses, wiring throughout the vessel will require some updating, replacing or repairing. There is a cracked window at the salon starboard side. Head systems function but will require update/repair. Forward head appears to be plumbed directly overboard.
Fluid level systems appear to be inoperative. A Loran auto pilot is installed. Several older and currently disconnected systems such as A/C, water heater and Lectrosan type 1 chlorinating systems have been disabled but remain aboard. Top sides need cosmetic updating and re-caulking throughout although there does not appear to be any topside leaks and there does not appear to be any soft spots.
